 This class will build on what was taught in the Intro to Fabrics class and is intended to give students a more in depth knowledge to the aerial fabrics technique. All classes will begin with a full body warm-up, conditioning and injury prevention work. Students will build a comprehensive vocabulary on the fabrics and as the class progresses students will learn drops, begin sequencing moves and learning bits of choreography.
