D’AIR to shape up! Here's your chance to sculpt and tone while having fun in the air. This class requires no experience and is great full body workout. Gain lean muscle without lifting weights, except your own, using trapezes, aerial fabrics and slings. Sculpt, tone, stretch and lengthen! Instructor: Andrea Fors TIMES: Mondays 9:30am, Wednesdays 9:30am OR Wednesdays 7:45pm COST: $20 per drop-in class ($15 for students currently enrolled in a series class); $70/month for 1 class/week; $120/month for 2 classes/week
